When a slab has to resist chemicals, hot tire pickup, wash-down or heavy point loads, a mechanically bonded coating system beats a topical paint every time. We install 100% solids epoxy bases with polyaspartic or urethane topcoats, broadcast with vinyl flake or quartz aggregate where slip resistance matters.
Every coating starts with mechanical surface prep — never acid etching. That is why our floors do not peel in year two.

How we do it

Diamond grind & shot blast

Slab is profiled to CSP 2–3 for a mechanical bond.

Repair & moisture control

Spalls and joints are filled; a moisture-mitigating primer is used where vapor readings demand it.

Base coat

100% solids epoxy is squeegeed and back-rolled to spec mil thickness.

Broadcast

Flake or quartz is broadcast to refusal, then scraped and vacuumed.

Topcoat

UV-stable polyaspartic or urethane locks in gloss and abrasion resistance.
